Rebecca L. Johnson, MD

Rebecca (Becky) Johnson, MD is a member of the APSF Scientific Evaluation Committee, and she also co-chairs the APSF/FAER grant evaluation work group. She is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology within the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN, fellowship-trained, in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management. Additionally, she has received a Postdoctoral Certificate in Clinical and Translational Science from Mayo Clinic and is among a select group of Mayo Clinic faculty to have been appointed as a Health Care Delivery Scholar within the Mayo Clinic Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern Center for the Science of Health Care Delivery. To date, she has used this health care delivery research background to focus on how best to optimize the perioperative care and safety for patients with regional anesthesia interventions and multimodal analgesia enhanced recovery protocols.
