Patty M. Reilly, CRNA

Patty Mullen Reilly is a CRNA at Chester County Hospital, Penn Medicine in West Chester, PA. Patty has been involved in Patient Safety for the past 25 years as a part of the Corporate Advisory Board and the Committee on Technology of the APSF and most recently as a part of the Board of Directors for the APSF. Her safety work has included work with the Lucien Leape Institute as well as membership on the Patient Safety Coalition of the NPSF/IHI. Her corporate work has included ongoing education about the important work of the APSF and the NPSF/IHI and the impact on patient care. Most recently Patty has obtained her CPPS credential, becoming a Certified Professional in Patient Safety. Patty lives in West Chester, Pa with her husband and daughter.
