The Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation (APSF) has two classes of contributors-individual and organizational. Any individual who contributes $100.00 or more annually is deemed an individual contributor to APSF for that calendar year. Any organization that contributes $500.00 or more annually is deemed a corporate contributor to APSF for that calendar year. All contributors to the APSF receive the quarterly publications of the APSF Newsletter.
